Rental charges included : 56 kW of electricity per week, water, gas (heating excepted)

Heating : Gas central. Price : 10 €/day. Not included in the rental price, you have to pay it at the end of your stay .

Housework at the end of your stay : The house must be as clean as when you arrived (fitted carpet, ground, dishes and cooker, dishwasher, fridge, bathroom, WC). If it is not clean or if you don't want to do the housework the price for it is : 37 €

You don't have to pay any deposit.
